Refund Policy Mental Training, Inc. (MTI) will refund the unused portion of any service within 3 months of purchase. This prorated refund includes the Maintenance Package, the Advanced Package, the Elite Package and the Optimal Package. The Mental Training Program (MTP) fee is non-refundable. The Online Mental Trainer (OMT) monthly fee is non-refundable. Refunds that meet these guidelines will be processed within 30 days of request. |
